Hello Friends,

If you are joining me from my Instagram page, you already know a bit about me. I am a book lover living in Brooklyn, working at a coffeeshop while I obtain my (second) Masters Degree! I already have an MFA in Lighting Design (I was a theatrical lighting designer and then an architectural lighting designer) but have left that career path to pursue a career in public librarianship and book reviewing!

I have a passion for young adult sci-fi and fantasy, and sci-fi and fantasy in general, but as a part of my journey of self discovery (which I’m sure will feature in future posts) I am working on stretching my boundaries and exploring other genres!

I have a backlog of recent reviews that I’ll be posting in the immediate future, but I look forward to reviewing more and more, and stretching my reading muscles!
